I had an amazing 4-night stay in a Beautiful Double Room with a Balcony and Sea View. The spacious room offered fine views of the ocean, and every meal was a good experience. The staff, especially Cris and Jessica, were attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I loved the peace and quiet compared to other places nearby. Can't wait to come back! 🌊

The pool water feels a bit chilly, which might deter some from diving in. Encountered a persistent musky smell in the room that takes some getting used to, though it doesn't ruin the experience. Room service is only available on request, leading to delays, like waiting over a day for towels. Experienced a flooding issue in the bathroom after just 30 seconds of use in the shower, which can be quite inconvenient. Also, the breakfast service struggled during busy times, overshadowing the delight of the available food options.
